TWIST AND SHOUT, wring it all out!
Twists are a huge benefit to every body. Twists relieve lower back tension, detox the organs, stimulate digestion, tone the abdominal muscles and even relieve stress. We get pretty deep here, we take our time and use some props to be patient with the process. Make sure you move slowly with the big stuff. Drink a big glass of water after.
