I try to reside within the dogma zone. We go through the trials and tribulations of our lives and hopefully learn along the way.
The Buddah said… "Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers or elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for generations. But after observation and analysis when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of all, then accept it and live up to it.”
Whether we keep hurting ourselves on our mats with inappropriate movement or hurting our heart with repeated relationship issues, blazing a new path is never really easy is it?
This practice gives a new spin to some old standards to enhance safety and benefit of the practice…
